- 70% of our units are flooded with natural daylight and offer access to outdoor views.
- Energy Star approved, extremely efficient windows, utilizing Low E, a highly reflective coating that protects interiors from infrared light. In cold winters, heat remains inside, while in summer heat reflects outside, reducing energy consumption by heating and cooling (installation in progress).
- All water systems incorporate dual flush toilets and low flow water fixtures.
- No light pollution, thus minimizing affects on nocturnal environments and migratory patterns.
